# Cellar > Cellar is a free desktop app for YouTube Music on macOS (Apple Silicon), Windows and Linux. It adds what the YouTube Music website lacks on desktop: Discord Rich Presence, Last.fm and Libre.fm scrobbling, listening stats on a profile (listening time, top songs and artists, streaks, badges), playlist folders, a Release Radar for artists you follow, listening parties with friends, an always-on-top mini player, crossfade and gapless playback. - What it is: a free desktop app (client) for YouTube Music. Users sign in with their own Google account and keep their YouTube Music library, likes, playlists and subscriptions. - Platforms: macOS 13 or newer on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer; Intel Macs are not supported yet), Windows 10 or newer (64-bit), and Linux (x86_64 AppImage). No phone install is needed. - Price: free, no subscription. Optional tips go through Ko-fi (https://ko-fi.com/cellarfm). - Download: https://cellar.fm/ or https://github.com/timlangner/cellar/releases/latest. The app updates itself. - YouTube Premium: Cellar works with a free or Premium YouTube Music account. YouTube Premium perks (including ad-free listening) stay with Google. Cellar does not block ads and does not change the audio tier. - Independence: Cellar is an independent project and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, YouTube or Google. - Source code: not open source. The public GitHub repository (https://github.com/timlangner/cellar) hosts the releases and issue reports. - Support: support@cellar.fm. ## Features - [All features](https://cellar.fm/features): overview of everything Cellar adds. - [Discord Rich Presence](https://cellar.fm/features/discord-rich-presence): Show the song, artist and cover art you are playing in your Discord status, laid out the way you choose. - [Last.fm and Libre.fm](https://cellar.fm/features/lastfm-scrobbling): Scrobble every YouTube Music play to Last.fm, Libre.fm or both at once, with no browser extension. - [Listening stats](https://cellar.fm/features/listening-stats): A profile with your listening time, top songs, top artists, streaks, badges and an anthem. - [Playlist folders](https://cellar.fm/features/playlist-folders): Group YouTube Music playlists into colored folders in the sidebar, with drag and drop. - [Release Radar](https://cellar.fm/features/release-radar): Every new single, EP and album from artists you subscribe to, grouped by week, with a desktop alert. - [Listening Parties](https://cellar.fm/features/listening-party): Listen to YouTube Music with friends in sync.
